Does your jewelry wear off after showering or swimming?
Never! We only use solid gold (not vermeil or plated gold) in our jewlery to ensure it stays intact for everyday wear. You don’t have to take them off while showering, swimming, sleeping or working out . You can wear our jewelry 24/7 without the jewelry losing its shine or tarnishing in any way.
What is the quality of your diamonds?
We always use the highest quality of diamonds for our jewelry.

Do Lola Bespoke pieces use lab-grown diamonds?
Only the Real Sparkle
We do not use lab-grown diamonds imitations, ever. Every diamond we offer is 100% natural, ethically sourced, and responsibility mined. Hand-selected for brilliance and integrity, our stones honour both the Earth and the people who bring them to light.
Are you using vermeil or plated gold in your jewlery?
Never! Our jewelry is made out of solid gold, ONLY!
Is the gold you are using sustainable?
Yes, it is! Our traceable gold, also known as ‘green gold’, comes from conflict free regions, adhering to strict environmental and human rights policies.

We currently ship exclusively within Singapore, ensuring each order is handled with attention, reliability, and prompt delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is always on us! We offer free shipping on all orders
How fast do you ship out orders?
We use our own logistics fleet on all orders.
For order processing and fulfillment, please allow 15-20 business days, as all our jewelries are tailored made specially for you upon ordering. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as tracking information is available.
I need my package delivered asap, can you help?
If you need your pieces urgently drop us an e-mail (hello@lolabespoke.com) and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Is my shipment insured?
Rest assured, your package is fully insured by us.
All shipments are 100% covered as all shipments are delivered by our own logistics fleet so you can relax knowing your order is protected.
Can I return or exchange my piece and will I be refunded?
All sales are final
Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our jewellery, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is made. Each piece is made or curated with care, 100% customized and limited, which makes reselling unfeasible.
However, in the rare event of a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer an exchange for the same item within 7 days upon receiving of goods.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Send us an e-mail with your order number to hello@lolabespoke.com and we will provide you with the shipping instructions.
What is the currency stated on the website?
All prices on our website are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
What is your warranty policy?
For every Lola Bespoke piece, you get a 1 year warranty for any manufacturing defects. This does not cover damages caused by accidents, scratches arisen from normal wear, neglect or improper use.
Do you offer a Diamond certificate?
Every jewelry purchase is always accompanied by a certificate of authenticity stating that your Lola Bespoke piece has passed a thorough quality control, is genuine and made of sustainable materials.

What kind of piercing backing do you offer?
Every piercing includes a flat screw back for maximum comfort and to minimize the risk of losing an earring backing.
Our regular earrings (Diamond Stud) comes with a standard butterfly backing.
How long are the backings?
The flat screw backings are 6mm/8mm long.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Our jewelry is made for everyday wear but we would advise to store them in a safe place when not wearing them.

Can I wear these daily?
